- Finder’s fee half first months rent plus VAT

- Advertising, viewing and introduction of suitable tenants subject to all requisite reference checks
- Drawing up of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
- Setting up of Standing orders and processing of rents received
- Register deposit
- Co-ordination or repairs/refurbishment at the property within agreed costs or authorised by Landlord
- Tri-monthly inspections of property
- Inventory of Property
- Advising utility companies of tenants details (Gas/Electric/Water/Council)
